What currency are prices in?

SGD, for businesses in Singapore, billed monthly. The price on this page is the price you pay each month. If your business is somewhere else, change the country at the top of the page.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What counts as a report?

One report is one finished piece of work from one specialist: a Site Doctor checkup of your website, a Keyword Lab plan for one service, a 2-week content plan, an Ads Doctor review of a period of campaigns. Re-checking after a fix is a report too; autopilot re-checks on Pro don't count. Failed reports don't count either.

How many reports will I use?

It depends how often you re-check. A business that runs each specialist once or twice a month uses well under the Starter allowance. Pick Pro for Google Business Profile, autopilot re-checks, WhatsApp support and extra outlets, not for the number. Autopilot re-checks don't use your reports.

Can I run more than one outlet?

On Pro, yes. 3 outlets of the same business are included and you set them up yourself in Settings. Up to 2 more are S$10 a month each, added in Settings and charged straight away. Each outlet gets its own profile, Google Business Profile, reports, prescription board and connected accounts, and you switch between them from the sidebar. They share the plan's 300 reports a month.

What happens if I run out of reports?

Your board and past reports stay available. You can upgrade straight away, or wait until your reports refresh at the start of next month.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing page whenever you like. Upgrades apply straight away.

How does the guarantee work?

Do the first five prescriptions Site Doctor gives you, then run the checkup again. If your website score hasn't gone up within 30 days, tell us and we'll refund that month. Your Pulse Score is on your dashboard. It combines your latest Site Doctor, AI Visibility and Ads Doctor scores with how many of your prescriptions are done. To claim, email info@pulsedigital.sg.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

No contract. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, then your account moves to the free Checkup plan. Your prescription board stays.

Can PULSE make the changes for me?

On Growth and Pro, yes, with the website changes add-on for S$299 a month. Twice a month you send us a round of changes, as many as you want in each round, and the PULSE team makes them on your website. You can add fixes straight from your prescriptions. After you add it in the app, you share a login for your website once. We recommend creating a separate staff or admin user for PULSE rather than giving us your own password, so you can remove our access any time. Stop the add-on whenever you like.

Can PULSE Digital do the work for me instead?

Yes. PULSE Digital can implement every prescription for you and run the work behind it: Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ads, SEO, AI search, your Google Business Profile, landing pages and tracking, with a monthly report and call.
